Concert living - a bespoke house builder based in Lancashire, wanted to take the company in a new direction with its brand. They wanted a new look, a tone of voice and a set of values that the company and its employees could work too. They wanted a new name and slogan to reflect the quality and craftsmanship they make in each of the schemes they develop. They select the best materials and the best craftsmen, using quality fixtures and fittings to provide their customers with the luxuries in contemporary living. They differentiate themselves by focusing on smaller developments in semi-rural locations offering the finer touches to their builds.

The sub-brands

Along with the main brand, Concert Homes wanted each scheme to have its own unique marque. Each icon is based on a particular plant that grows there.
